Help with a zombie couple video
Include your task ID from My videos, the selected ratio, the error message if any, and the timestamp where a visual or audio problem occurs. Explain what you expected and what the result shows. Check the troubleshooting guide first if a task is pending or the preview is silent.
Unused-pack refunds and payment questions
Only completely unused credit packs are refundable within 24 hours of purchase. Once any credits from a pack have been used, the entire pack is non-refundable, including its remaining credits. Include the purchase reference, purchase time and account email. Read the refund policy for the distinction between a payment refund and a technical-failure credit return.
Photo deletion, privacy or rights concerns
Describe the request and include the task ID or relevant page/file URL. If reporting someone else’s use of your image, explain your connection to it without attaching identity documents unless they are later needed for verification. See how photos and video files are handled.
While you wait
Keep your purchase reference and download any finished video you want to retain. Deleting a video may remove material needed to investigate it, so note the error and timestamp first. We do not publish a guaranteed response time.
