Review Zombie Couple Video terms: two-photo inputs, paid generations, AI output limits, credit purchases, permitted use, storage and support.
These terms describe the Zombie Couple Video service and the choices you make before generating. Questions can be sent to hello@zombie-couple-video.online. The website name identifies the team; it is not a claim of affiliation with the model provider.
What a generation includes
One generation uses 100 credits for a 15-second 768P MP4 in 9:16 or 16:9, with scene sound effects. The prepared template has two fixed roles. Changing portraits or aspect ratio after a task begins does not change that task; a new generation uses additional credits. Compare the current packs before purchasing.
Your photos and permitted use
You must have permission to process the people, images and media you upload. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment or unlawful content, or present an AI-generated scene as evidence of an event that actually happened. The upload checks do not establish ownership or consent.
AI results and reference media
Faces, hands, scene timing and composition can differ from the portraits and reference. Exact likeness, flawless movement, a particular song and frame-for-frame replication are not guaranteed. Provided examples are labeled; they are not proof that every generation produces the same quality.
Review a result before publishing it and follow the destination platform’s AI disclosure requirements. Purchasing credits does not license third-party music, reference footage or another person’s image. Obtain any permissions needed for your intended use.
Purchases and refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Only completely unused credit packs are refundable within 24 hours of purchase. Once any credits from a pack have been used, the entire pack is non-refundable, including its remaining credits. A confirmed technical failure without a deliverable returns generation credits once and is separate from a card refund. Read the full refund policy.
Storage and support
Download your video promptly because media has limited retention. See the privacy policy for storage and deletion, and contact support with task and purchase references if something goes wrong.
Local preview status
A visible local-preview banner means you are using a review environment, not a public production service. It identifies the current generation mode. Test payments do not represent a real purchase, and local tests do not establish production availability or output quality.
