This page explains how the Zombie Couple Video workflow handles information you submit. Contact hello@zombie-couple-video.online for a privacy or deletion request. Upload only images you are permitted to use.
Information used for your video
- Two portraits: the images assigned to the human and zombie roles. Upload checks examine the image format, dimensions and presence of a usable single face. Those checks are not an identity verification service.
- Task information: your chosen aspect ratio, task identifier, status, result file and generation errors.
- Account information: information needed to sign in and associate your purchases, credits and video tasks with your account.
- Purchase records: order references, amounts, currency and payment status. Card entry is handled by Stripe; do not send card details to our support email.
Generation and payment providers
In the real generation workflow, portraits, the reference clip and generation instructions are sent through the configured Metaso/MiniMax H3 service to make the video. Provider-side handling and retention are governed by that provider’s applicable terms. Stripe processes checkout payments. We cannot promise to delete copies controlled by another service simply by deleting a local task.
When the site is labeled as a local preview, the banner identifies whether generation is synthetic or uses the real provider; Stripe payments remain in test mode. A synthetic preview does not send the portraits to a live video model. These modes must not be confused when assessing where an upload will go.
Media retention and deletion
Uploads expire after 24 hours. Stored generated media is scheduled for cleanup after 24 hours through the maintenance process. Download your result promptly. Active tasks and shared files may need to remain available until processing safely finishes; a scheduled expiry is not a promise that every copy disappears at the exact same instant.
You can delete a completed task’s media from My videos or request help by email. Deleting browser history or local storage does not by itself delete server-side files. Account, order and task records are separate from the media files and are not covered by the 24-hour media cleanup rule.
Browser storage and requests
The site uses account-session information and browser storage to recover the selected photos, format and task while you work. Clearing that storage may remove the browser’s recovery information. For access, correction or deletion requests, provide the account email and relevant task references; we may need to verify that the request concerns your account.
Publication and permission
Uploading a portrait does not make it a public example on this website. Public demonstration assets are separate from private generated files. This page does not grant rights to use another person’s image, a third-party clip, or music.
